Interestingly, these movies were quite popular in Bollywood until a few years ago but we don't see many films of this genre being made these days. Even if they don't like the film, the guessing game about the antagonist keeps the audience enthralled till the end. There's nothing like a murder mystery to engage and deeply involve the audience.
